At our first club meeting of the year, a family that traveled to the South American country of Ecuador found and bought a handmade chess set. They graciously brought it in for everyone to admire. I took some photos and marveled at the hand painted pieces and very colorful board. I am sorry I can’t remember the family name, so please remind me if you see this so I can update this post.
